Pumport supplies split case and vertical turbine fire pumps that meet NFPA 20 standards, as well as being UL listed and FM approved. These fire pump sets are driven by a diesel engine and motor. Every pump is subjected to a thorough inspection and a series of tests to ensure that it meets the required specifications before leaving the factory. Double suction impellers with low NPSHr enable the pump to operate at 150% capacity without cavitation.


In addition, our fire water pumps meet the National Fire Protection Association’s NFPA 20 standard and class requirements.

We offer a broad range of horizontal and vertical split case and vertical turbine designs over a wide range of rated capacities and pressures for every fire pump application.


Split case, end suction and vertical turbine pumps have the option of being driven via either an electric motor or diesel engine.


All pump packages are furnished as a complete unit with driver, controller, jockey pump, and its controller, as well as standard fire pump system accessories. And fire-pumps are typically listed by an approval institute.


A typical Diesel Engine Driven Fire Water Pump package consists of the following:


     Diesel engine

     Diesel-driven fire pump.

     NFPA 20 controller

     Heavy-duty skid with drip pan

     Batteries, Fuel tank

     Right Angle Gear for vertical turbine pumps

     and other accessories can be mounted on the base plate.

For special requirements, our range of fire water packages can be designed for zone 2 installation, with modifications on the diesel engine, exhaust gas system, control panel, auxiliary electro/instrument equipment, and acoustic enclosure.


Additionally, Electric motor-driven fire pumps are available as single pumping units or as complete Packaged Fire Systems with or without enclosure, in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz.


We are able to offer materials such as bronze, Stainless Steel, and exotic materials such as Nickel Aluminium Bronze, Duplex, and Super Duplex, which are available as options.
